Rinto (45), a motorcycle-taxi (ojek) driver who based not far from the scene, said the truck was coming from Semanan towards Cengkareng. When turned around at KM 17 Daan Mogot, the truck lost its balance and capsized.
“The driver did not realized there is a huge hole, so the truck’s tire was in and made the truck capsized,” he told.
